Step aboard a deluxe houseboat at noon, cruise through narrow palm-lined canals, watch fishermen cast their nets at sunset over Vembanad Lake, enjoy a traditional Kerala dinner prepared by your on-board chef, and fall asleep to the gentle lap of water against the hull. After breakfast the next morning, you disembark refreshed.
