Acceptance of terms

• By accessing or using myalleppey.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Bookings and payments

• All bookings made through MyAlleppey are subject to availability confirmation from the respective houseboat or package operator.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email from us.
• Prices displayed are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
• We act as an agent between travellers and operators. Payment terms may vary by operator.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by operator and package. The applicable policy will be clearly stated before you confirm a booking.
• In general: cancellations 30+ days before arrival are eligible for a full refund; 7–29 days, 50%; within 7 days, no refund.
• MyAlleppey service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

Operator responsibilities

• Individual houseboat and package operators are responsible for the safety, quality, and delivery of their services.
• MyAlleppey curates and lists operators in good faith but cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party provider.
• In the event of an operator failing to deliver a booked service, MyAlleppey will assist in facilitating a resolution or refund.

User conduct

• You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe others' rights.
• Submitting false bookings, fraudulent payment information, or abusive communications is strictly prohibited.
• MyAlleppey reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Intellectual property

• All content on myalleppey.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of MyAlleppey or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

Limitation of liability

• MyAlleppey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or travel services booked through it.
• Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the value of the booking fee paid to MyAlleppey (excluding operator payments).

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
• Continued use of MyAlleppey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
