We did the sharing houseboat as a group of 5 friends and it turned out way better than we thought. The boat was clean, the staff didn't make us feel like tourists the whole time, and the sunset from the deck was genuinely one of the best things I've seen. Pricing was fair too. No hidden charges which I half expected.

Took my parents for their anniversary trip first time for both of them on a houseboat. My mom was nervous about the whole thing but within an hour she didn't want to leave. The crew made sure she was comfortable, even adjusted the food slightly for her preferences. That kind of attention makes all the difference.

Just got back. I've done the backwaters twice before with different operators and this was noticeably better. The houseboat itself felt newer and better maintained. Small things like the generator timing, clean linens, working AC stuff that sounds basic but the previous ones didn't have sorted. Booking was smooth too, got a call back the same day.

Did a day trip with my wife as part of a longer Kerala holiday. We were only there for the afternoon but it felt unhurried no rushing us off the boat early or anything. The cook made fresh banana chips on board which sounds like a small thing but was a whole experience. Alleppey is magical and this team shows it off well.

Really nice overall. The route through the narrow canals in the morning was the highlight saw village life up close in a way you can't from the main backwaters. Only minor thing was that one of the fans in our cabin was a bit loud at night. Mentioned it to the team and they sorted it pretty quickly. Would recommend.
